I have a big bag of summer squash. Normally I make a mess of squash ( squash, onions, peppers in the electric skillet) and freeze them, but I am low on freezer space. So, I decided to try squash chips.
They are amazing. I ate the whole first batch.
Step one: slice the squashes
Step two: Toss with EVOO and lemon pepper. I also did some with my pineapple basil. Both are good, but I like the lemon pepper better.
Step three: Place on the dehydrator.
Step four. Go to sleep. Wake up to deliciousness.
